While we can’t address specific questions around iPad functionality, something you may want to try is to press and hold the Bluetooth Connect button (next to the on/off switch) on the underside of the keyboard. You’ll want to hold until the battery light blinks red and green – indication that the keyboard is now discoverable.</description>
